Microtiter Plate Coating
ImmunoVision has years of experience in microtiter plate coating. ImmunoVision can coat microtiter plates with any of our current products, and we have a standard set of coated plates that we can prepare for you. Alternatively, we can produce custom coated plates with your protein of choice on the type of microtiter plate that you desire.
Typical costs are a $500 setup fee plus:
$20-$35 / plate (plate and antigen provided by ImmunoVision)
$5-$10 / plate (all materials provided by customer)
This includes plate coating and post coat, drying, and packaging with desiccant in sealed pouch. In addition, QC of the coated plate can be performed by ImmunoVision if desired.
Custom Purification
ImmunoVision has years of experience in protein purification, including polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies. We have an extensive list of purified proteins and antibodies.
ImmunoVision can also custom purify your protein of interest according to your protocol or help develop a protocol to be used.
Monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies can be purified using protein G and protein A. Polyclonal IgM can be purified using caprylic acid precipitation. In addition, ImmunoVision can perform affinity purification of mouse monoclonals IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3, IgA, and IgM.
Costs are dependent on product yields and number of runs required. Typical costs can range from $500 – $5000, with a $500 minimum fee.
