Dr. Jeyamkondan Subbiah, Head, Food Science Department, University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, AR Dr. Jeyamkondan Subbiah is Professor and Head of the Food Science Department at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. He was a Kenneth E. Morrison Distinguished Professor of Food Engineering at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln before he came to the U of A. His research interests are in the areas of advanced food manufacturing, instrumentation for food quality, food-energy-water nexus food safety engineering, and multiphysics modeling. She has been suffering from a cyst along her spine that had been recommended for surgery several years ago. However, because of possible complications that could arise, Kay has chosen not to have the surgery and has turned into alternative medications instead. Rick Funderburg, Fayetteville, AR Rick Funderburg retired from UPS as Manager of Operations over Northeast Arkansas after 35 years of services. During the latter part of his services at UPS, Rick succumbed to knee injuries that got him to use CBD products. He is now the COO of Arkansas Hemp Genetics LLC, Fayetteville in AR where he oversees the business operations of the 11-acre hemp farm that recently harvested their six-strain crops. Dr. Joel Sebag, Springdale AR Dr. Joel Sebag received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Boston University. He has 26 years of services as a physical therapist.
